Les points à améliorer (for Franck/Rjxhobby or Steeve/Bfcar)

Salutations honorables forumiens

Etant donné que nous avons la chance d’avoir sur le forum le boss de RJX (Franck), faisons une petite synthèse sur les problèmes de certains kits et sur les points à améliorer.

La liste n’étant peut-être pas exhaustive, j’invite touts les proprios à poster les soucis que je n’aurais pas cités.

J’éditerai ce post au fur et à mesure.

Alors…

- Disposition et agencement des kits dans leur boite à améliorer afin d’éviter que les sachets se baladent dans la boite.

- Guides métalliques de la bague de « phasing » tordus sur de nombreux kits.

- Trou de l’axe principal mal ébavuré sur certains kits.

- Pas de met-plat sur la barre de Bell sur certains kits.

- Petite visserie de piètre qualité sur certains kits.

- Visserie de « 3 » manquante ou empreintes absentes sur certains kits.

- Finishings Caps absents sur certains kits.

- Clefs Allen manquantes sur certains kits.

- Pales d’AC plastiques tordues sur quasiment touts les kits.

- Notice qui ne suit pas les évolutions des kits. Pièces changées ne figurant pas sur la notice.

- Dans la notice, un inventaire des pièces pour chaque étape de montage serait appréciable.

En résumé, encore un peux de boulot, et surtout, un meilleur contrôle qualité à mettre en place.

Je pense que le gros souci vient vraiment du contrôle qualité.

Sur la notice il n'est pas mentionné (ou je n'ai pas vu ......) d'indication concernant pour l'installation radio l'affectation des servos du cyclique (pitch , elevator et aileron ) il faut donc tatonner un peu pour les connecter au récepteur , pour une personne n'ayant jamais réglé un plateau ccpm celà peut être galère ..... (swash mix +reverse switch)

pour JR voie 2 aileron, 3 elevator , 6 pitch ok pas de problème mais si sur le schema d'implantation des servos de la notice il n'est pas mentionné la fonction de chaque servo... ???, la notice du C 30, du t rex 450, du dragonus, du voyager 50 et de l'airskipper 50 l'indique , voilà

Here is a small list of the problems encountered on some kits and points to improve (I'll update the list depending on the comments from other owners):

- Packing and position in the box to improve to avoid that the bags can move around too much

- Bent pins on the phasing rings in many kits

- Hole on the main shaft not properly finished in some of the kits

- No flat spot on the flybar in some of the kits

- Poor quality of the screws in some of the kits

- M3 screws missing or missing drive on the screws in some of the kits

- Missing Finishings Caps in some of the kits

- Missing Allen wrenches in some of the kits

- Twisted tail blades in most of the kits

- Tail control rod guides : if tighten enough so they won't move on the tail tube, they pinch too much the control rod so it's very hard, almost impossible, for the rod to slide smoothly.

- Manual not mentioning the last updates of the kits. Updated parts not mentioned in the manual

- In the manual, a list of the pieces for each step of the build would be a plus.

Overall, there's still some work to be done and, mainly, a better quality control is needed.

I think the real problem comes from the quality control.

Guides de commande d’ac : Si vous les serrez de manière à les immobiliser sur le tube, ils pincent beaucoup trop la commande d'ac rendant le coulissement très dur voir impossible.

Et oui, encore un petit point à améliorer.

Depending on the date that they was bought from our costumers think´s are diferent to earlier kits.

1. I have reordened the packing of all kits and updated the manual so every step is exactly packed like in th emanual.

2. Main shaft is improved with better finish and material.

3. First kits had NO D-cut on the flybar. All delivered kits and spares have them since some month.

4.all new kits have "better screws" like new balls with 1.5mm hex bolt screws.All philps screws has been replace to hexbolt screws.Less the servo screws.

5.all bag are be weighted for checking every thing is inside.Periodicly i take kits out of production and build the for consistence check that every thing is inside.

6.it is quite strange that 14 caps are missing.if it was 1 or 2 i would say ok .But 14.......

Not in every place are finishcaps.Check the manual for the correct places.

7.In newer kits there are no hex wrenches.as the screws has been changed.

8. I know about the twisted main blades.It comes due the cold weather in th einjection process.Just put the in hot water for correcting the shape.

9. The tail rod guides are changed.All new kits have them included.

10. manual has been changed.

CF tail blades are only included in the black CF kits

About the canopys.the colour is not depending on the frame material.This depends how the distributor order the kits.

Canopys has been improved also with predrilled holes and thumb screws for the fixing of it.

Other improvements that have been done is:

1. new ballcrank mounts

2. delrin inserts in washout base and tail control lever

3. aluminium sleeves for tail cf rod.

4. add holes to the metal supports from the tail brace

5. new balls and screws with 1.5mm hex (mentioned above)

I hope i could clear up some questions

Je ne connais pas le produit, si il est bon ou mauvais, mais c'est sympa que le fabriquant s'exprime sur le forum (les autres marques n'ont pas cette demarche et ne sont pas non plus zero defaut).

Mosaique, la personne n'est pas FR (et oui on fabrique pas d'heli chez nous et c'est pas pres d'arriver) donc il faut etre un peu indulgeant.

Ce n'est pas une question d'indulgence mais je pense que la moindre des courtoisies quand on cherche à s'implanter en France est de s'exprimer dans la langue du pays afin de toucher un maximum de public.

D'autre part il me semble qu'il y a dans cette societé quelqu'un qui est Canadien et qui s'exprime dans un français très correct (voir les autres posts a ce sujet).

Tu as peut être la chance de parler et de lire l'anglais correctement, ce n'est pas mon cas et je pense que je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas là .

Ouaip, je viens de lire l'autre post. En effet il a un importateur pour la Fr au quebec (importateur qui n'est pas en fr, est-il vraiment importateur? enfin peu importe...)

Dans ce post, ca parle anglais des le depart donc il faut pas trop se braquer.

Apres pour la reponse ben ca apporte pas grand chose, mais elle a le merite d'exister et d'etre faite par le fabriquant.

2. l'axe de rotor principal a été amélioré et bénéficie d'un meilleur fini et d'un meilleur matériau.

3. First kits had NO D-cut on the flybar. All delivered kits and spares have them since some month.

3. les premiers kits ne disposaient pas de méplats sur la barre de Bell. Tous les kits qui ont été livré et les pièces détachées ont cette modification.

4.all new kits have "better screws" like new balls with 1.5mm hex bolt screws.All philps screws has been replace to hexbolt screws.Less the servo screws.

4. tous les nouveaux kits bénéficient d'une meilleure qualité de visserie comme les nouvelles boules à chapes ayant des vis à tête hexagonales de 1,5mm. Toutes les vis à tête Phillips ont été remplacé par des vis à têtes hexagonales. Mais pas les vis de fixation de servos.

6. c'est un peu étrange que 14 rondelles de finition soient manquantes. Si celà avait été 1 ou 2 j'aurai dit OK. Mais 14...

Les rondelles de finition ne se trouvent pas à tous les endroits. Conformez vous au manuel de montage pour les emplacements corrects de ces dernières.

8. je suis au courant concernant les pales vrillées. C'est due aux conditions froides du processus d'injection. Mettez les dans de l'eau bouillante pour corriger leur forme.

CF tail blades are only included in the black CF kits

Les pales du rotor d'AC en carbone sont uniquement livrées dans le kit avec les flancs en carbone noirs.

About the canopys.the colour is not depending on the frame material.This depends how the distributor order the kits.

Canopys has been improved also with predrilled holes and thumb screws for the fixing of it.

A propos des bulles. La couleur de la bulle ne dépend pas de la couleur des flancs, mais de la commande des kits par le distributeur.

Les bulles ont aussi été amélioré avec des trous prépercés et des vis "papillon" pour verrouiller ces dernières.

Other improvements that have been done is:

3. aluminium sleeves for tail cf rod.

Les améliorations suivantes ont été faites:

1. support de renvoi d'AC

2. du delrin a été ajouté dans la base du washout et dans le levier de contrôle d'AC

3. support en aluminium de la tige de contrôle du rotor d'anticouple

4. ajout de trous de fixation dans le support de dérive

5. nouvelles boules à chapes et vis avec têtes hexagonales de 1,5mm

Bon j'en ai marre, les palettes sont en deux parties, il n'y a rien pour les solidariser à part l'emboitement mais faudrait-il déjà qu'on puisse les emboiter une fois monter sur le BB ! Elle me rend dingue cete salop**5q6d5gnby(eu_éè j

Système de bouchon proscrit : fuite à la nourrice

Commande d'AC : raide comme tout

Chapes : certaines se vissent de travers

Centre washout : dur comme la mort

Renvois : écrous directement sur les roulements à proscrire

Courroie : se détent pour un rien
